We are a developer with an in-house construction arm, bringing together 28 years of experience in construction with 15 years of experience in property development.
In 2020, ARI Permaisuri’s last tower with 321 units, Ixora Residence, is launched. Ixora Residence joins the development’s other two towers, Akasia and Rumbia.
Launch of Taman Emas 2, a 9.9-acre freehold housing development next to Taman Emas 1.
Launch of ARI Permaisuri and 2 of its towers: Akasia and Rumbia. This high-rise condominium on 8.05 acres of land in Kuala Lumpur is our first project to feature the Building Information Modelling (BIM) process.
Launch of E Residence, a 40.5-acre township in Telipok, Sabah. It is known as the group’s pilot Industrialised Building System (IBS) in-house project.
Launch of Shang Garden, our first guarded landed housing development in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan.
Launch of a 30-acre freehold mixed development in Bukit Beruntung, Selangor.
Launch of our first high-rise project in East Malaysia, a towering condominium with 200 units in Kobusak, Sabah.
