Industrialised Building System (IBS)
We are proud to be amongst the early adopters of the Industrialised Building System (IBS) in Malaysia, moving from utilising system formworks and precast construction towards IBS has been facilitated by the launch of our first precast plant.
Fully set up with all in-house resources, the plant has been churning out top quality precast elements for residential houses ever since. In fact, the advantages brought by IBS do not only enhance the value for the developer and the builder, but also the homeowners in terms of timely delivery and build quality.
Pioneering through Building Information Modelling (BIM)
While trends and building designs evolve over time, the need for efficiency and credibility remains equally important to justify the quality of work. As such, EH Group has also embarked on the journey to enhance efficiency.
We adopted an advanced building standard in archiving building information known as Building Information Modelling (BIM) . We are confident that this would enhance our efficiency and get us ready to collaborate with other industry leaders in the coming years.
